For the 85th anniversary of Enza Zaden, D&B Eventmarketing organized a unique event campaign. With three unforgettable events, we strengthened the pride in the company, connected colleagues and let the World of Wonders of Enza Zaden shine. The result? A powerful internal and external brand experience.

Anniversary party

1,000 employees celebrated the anniversary on a 10,000 m² site with music, food and surprise acts.

Career Day

300 students, teachers and professionals experienced the innovative side of Enza Zaden.

Open Days

4,000 guests discovered the world of Enza Zaden during a festival full of interaction and experience.

The customer's question

Enza Zaden was looking for a way to celebrate their 85th anniversary in a powerful way. The goal? Connect employees and external target groups, increase pride in the brand and spread the story of Enza Zaden widely, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

Our proposal

D&B Eventmarketing designed a multi-layered event campaign that combined repetition and impact:
A festival on home turf: With a renewed branding that was revealed both internally and externally, we strengthened the pride in the brand.
Experience central: Each event offered a unique experience, from music to interactive activities, with room for personal connection.
International toolbox: To communicate the message consistently worldwide, we created a toolkit with anniversary materials for those involved.

Our strength? The perfect balance between creativity and practical execution, which allowed us to create a series of events that together conveyed a powerful message.

The execution

After months of preparation, we transformed the terrain in Enkhuizen into a vibrant festival atmosphere. The festive events allowed employees, guests and visitors to experience the World of Wonders of Enza Zaden. From a custom-made Enza Top 85 to a Career Day and Open Days: every moment breathed connection and pride.

The results

The impact of the campaign is clear:
Score: 9/10 for the WoW festival.
Proud of the brand: An impressive 4.7 out of 5.
Involvement: 5,800 guests experienced the events.
