Capgemini and D&B Eventmarketing together created the Capgemini Techival, an inspiring tech festival that brought together techies and professionals to explore the future of IT. With interactive sessions, entertainment, and accessible networking, the Techival offered a unique opportunity to experience Capgemini’s culture and expertise.

Targeted communication via SMS, videos, and personal messages from the CEO, ensuring that participants arrived in the right mindset.

D&B Eventmarketing developed an ambitious and innovative concept: Techival – Shape the Future. This event combined content, fun, and community building:

Inspiration and innovation: Speakers such as Jim Stolze and workshops with partners like Google and IBM provided in-depth content.

Experience and fun: From a Ferris wheel with tech experts to a “Kid in the Candy Store” experience with interactive gadgets and VR activities.

Networking and connection: Not traditional networking spaces, but easygoing encounters integrated into the activities and throughout the festival.

Capgemini as a human-centered employer: Through personal stories and a relaxed atmosphere, Capgemini’s unique culture was tangible, with both technology and the human touch at the center.

The event

The Techival offered 360 guests a dynamic and inspiring day in a festival setting. Highlights included the plenary talks, coding workshops, and the Techival Playground with state-of-the-art technologies and games. The relaxed atmosphere fostered valuable connections and an energetic introduction to Capgemini.
