The client's request

AniCura wanted to create an event that would further connect all employees and make them proud of their work. The challenge was to bring together a large, diverse group of people, spread across 500 clinics in Europe, with the goal of strengthening group cohesion. The event had to inspire while also highlighting the joy in the work and the connection to AniCura as an organization. In short, how could AniCura ensure that every employee truly feels like part of the ‘AniCura tribe’?

Our Proposal

D&B Eventmarketing conceived the ‘AniCurious’ event, centered around curiosity and connection within the organization. By highlighting AniCura’s core values in an interactive and inspiring way, a dynamic program was developed that brought AniCura’s vision to life.

D&B created a comprehensive program that not only provided space for informative sessions, but also encouraged social interaction and team spirit. With the interactive platform reply.live, D&B engaged everyone and ensured smooth communication, even for French-speaking employees. Our goal was to offer more than just information transfer – we created an experience that contributed to pride and a sense of community among the participants. The strength of D&B lay in combining in-depth content with a playful, connecting approach, allowing each employee to truly experience AniCura’s values.

The event

The program consisted of energizers, inspiring TED Talks on innovations in veterinary care, interactive sessions, and breakout sessions where employees shared ideas and discussed future plans. Using the tool reply.live, participants provided input, making the event truly interactive. The day concluded with the ‘AniCura Spotlight Awards’ and a large party with entertainment such as a silent disco, drum performance, and escape room. This created unforgettable moments and a sense of togetherness.

The results

The event was rated with an average score of 8, and the closing party even received a 9.3. But the impact was more than just numbers: 29% of employees felt more connected to AniCura, and 16% felt greater pride. The eNPS also increased significantly, highlighting the success of the event.
