Apollo Tyres

International product launch

For Apollo Tyres, a major international manufacturer of car tires, we were given the opportunity to organize the launch of their latest product for the Vredestein brand, the Ultrac Pro tire. We organized the spectacular launch in radiant Seville. Everything, from the start to the finish of the three-day program, was completely designed around the theme 'Timed to Perfection' that we devised. This perfect timing was the common thread throughout the entire event, which the approximately 250 relations of Apollo Tires will not soon forget.

A spectacular start The launch kicked off with a futuristic welcome by a hologram of ex-F1 driver Giancarlo Fisichella, who welcomed the guests. The guests were then escorted to their rooms. To transport the guests to the launch show in style, they were taken by 1CV to the FundaciĆ³n Tres Culturas for the start of an impressive launch show. Each evening, an Apollo Tires executive opened the show with a speech, followed by the highlight of the evening: a unique dance performance that brought to life the band's slogan, 'The face of beauty, the heart of a beast'. It was a combination of classical dance and flamenco, symbolizing 'beauty' and 'the beast', merging in a spectacular finale where dancers came together, bands descended from the sky and the roof opened under the stars. The evening then ended with dinner on the roof terrace of the FundaciĆ³n Tres Culturas, a perfect start to the three-day event.

Adrenaline and wonder The second day was filled with adrenaline-inducing activities. The Vredestin Ultrac Pro is the perfect combination of sporty and comfortable driving. The day started with informative workshops to explain how this has been shaped in the development of the tyre, followed by a series of exciting driving experiences on the Circuito Monteblanco, including 'hot laps', self-drive sessions, and paddock driving lessons, where the performance of the Ultrac Pro tire took center stage, Ferraris, Porsches, Mercedes, AMGs and BMWs were ready for this. Guests were also able to experience the unique thrill of driving a BMW-Z4 convertible through mountainous hairpin bends, providing the opportunity to test the tire for themselves in terms of driving comfort. A lunch in the middle of the circuit and a dinner on the 37th floor of Hotel Torre, complete with an opera singer, provided moments that guests will remember for a long time. The event ended during dinner with music provided by DamesDraaienDoor, which was the perfect end to the spectacular three-day event.

The Vredestein feeling The mix of activities, from the exciting races on the circuit to relaxing with that incredible view in Seville, allowed everyone to experience the unique Vredestein feeling: innovative, top quality, but at the same time great fun. The reactions of the guests were extremely enthusiastic and the atmosphere made this event unforgettable. It was more than just the product launch, it highlighted how close the bond with Apollo Tires and its relationships really is. In short, a great success and a memory that will linger for a long time.
